sleeves to support the nonprofit that received their JOY grant this year. After research and student presentations, the students voted to give the bulk of their grant, $700, to the Oxford /Androscoggin County Big Brothers Big Sisters program run through Community Concepts in Lewiston.    Some students entertained the idea of becoming “bigs” until they found out they were too young, so they decided to bowl instead.  The annual “Bowl for Kids’ Sake is a major fundraiser for the program and the Lewiston Reach students raised an additional $500 in private sponsorships to donate. They also spent an afternoon stuffing 600 envelopes for the organization.
